After a small mix up Matt arrived. Th was quick to diagnose our refrigerator problem. He told us what we needed to do to prevent more problems. Matt was very courteous and was so clean you would never know he was here. Thank You so much Matt and County Wide for helping us out.
I just want to commend Steve who came out to look at our Bosch stove that was making a rattling noice. He was such a great guy and didn’t get frustrated with us and worked very diligently to solve this issue, which can be difficult to find. He solved the noise problem and t(e stove is once again quiet. He is a great asset to your company. Thanks Steve!
Please tell Aaron our Frigidaire dishwasher is working fine once again. I know he was having problems trying to diagnose what was wrong and since he was working on a holiday he couldn’t even contact the manufacturer for help, but he was right on target. It drains fine, doesn’t leak or overfill and the soap dispenser is working again. He gave us some good tips for maintenance to keep it from clogging up in the future. Great guy and an outstanding technician.

Our Maytag electric dryer was making horrible squeaking noise getting worse with each use. County Wide service technician, Aaron Young, was very helpful and friendly. He diagnosed and repaired it really quick.
I had an issue with my Subzero refrigerator and Mike G came out to take a look and fix the issue. He was professional, empathetic and incredibly neat with our possessions. He is a very pleasant young man and you should be happy to have him in your employ.

Aaron made it out to us sooner than I thought and took care of a clogged dishwasher drain in not time. Since it was such a quick fix, he didn’t even charge us for the fix. Amazing customer service. We will definitely be using them in the future!

We had a complete kitchen renovation recently and Aaron has been taking care of our appliance service. Office staff are friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments.
